Annual review of the harvest season
This is the fourth year of our regular, annual event that seeks to bring together brewers, maltsters, hop merchants and other key stakeholders to review the outcomes of the malting barley and hop harvest. Running for just over an hour, the webinar will feature the latest harvest assessments from the Maltsters Association of Great Britain (MAGB) and Charles Faram.
Beyound the 2026 harvest update we will once again look to explore the long-term resilience of the UK brewing ingredients supply chain. Through a series of presentations from brewers and supply chain partners, we will examine the challenges climate change presents to domestic barley and hop production, highlight initiatives to strengthen sustainability and supply security, and discuss the role brewers can play in supporting resilient supply chains and safeguarding access to high-quality British ingredients.
